As much as it pains me to say it – use a different browser..
Firefox: http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/
or
Google’s Chrome: http://www.google.com/chrome
or
Apple’s Safari: http://www.apple.com/safari/download/I cannot recommend Internet Explorer – it’s full of holes..
but in order of importance – I would install
1. Firefox, 2. Google Chrome, 3. Apple Safari.When you login in to aol – just click your start menu – then use one of above!
(you don’t “need” to use their pathetic attempt at a browser…)For anyone else that’s having issues – take the plunge and get an alternative browser..!!

If I’m going to fix it – I need to know exactly what causes the issue – I had over 20 testers, and a few problems, but they have all been resolved…
